- joewebb: @SQLChicken it integrates with Outlook, etc, but I don't think that Exchange is not a requirement. Double check that, tho.
- joewebb: @SQLChicken I agree with @kbriankelley , Microsoft CRM has a lot of capabilities and can be customized, but it uglier than snot inside.
